Consequently, a copy of the Offer Document, as well as a copy of any other document that the Offeror shall issue in relation to the Offer, shall not be sent, or transmitted, or anyhow distributed in the United States of America, Australia, Canada, Japan or in the Other Countries.
Anybody receiving the Offer Document (including, but not limited to, receivers, fiduciaries, and trustees) shall not distribute it, forward it (also via mail), in or from the United States of America, Australia, Canada, Japan or in or from the Other Countries, and shall not use the postal service or similar means in relation to the Offer. Anybody holding such documents shall abstain from distributing, forwarding, or dispatching them, in or from the United States of America, Australia, Canada, Japan or in or from the Other Countries, and shall also abstain from employing any other means of communication or international commerce of the United States of America, Australia, Canada, Japan or of the Other Countries for any purpose in relation to the Offer. The Offer Document shall not be interpreted as an offer addressed to subjects residents in the United States of America, Australia, Canada, Japan or in the Other Countries. Acceptances of the Offer shall be received only and exclusively if in compliance with the above limitations.
