We are looking for employee for our Shanghai branch office.
Employment in Shanghai will commence after six months at our General Headquarters in Scandicci Florence Italy of intense training in various sectors in order to acquire the company strategies and technical specifics of sales and international shipping.
Then the candidate will be transferred to China and become part of our 39 people staff of our Shanghai office. At first he/she will proceed with local training in logistics and procedures specifically tied to the Chinese market. According to the type of profile which emerges, his/her job will be directly involved in the shipping field. A three year contract in China will be proposed.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Chinese language (Mandarin)
  • Good English spoken and written
  • Good Italian spoken and written
  • Good use of PC: internet, e-mail and OFFICE (Excel, word, Powerpoint)
  • Previous experience in China
  • Intercultural abilities, teamwork, working for goals
  • Free to travel
Training in Florence Italy will be covered by an Italian union temporary contract as prescribed by C.C.N.L. Autotrasporto Spedizione Merci e Logistica. The pay and the benefits will be evaluated on the basis of the past background and training acquired. The three year contract in China will be under a national contract.

We are looking for a college graduate in business finance or similar studies for internship at our general headquarters in Scandicci, Florence, Italy in our worldwide budget and control department under the guidance of our Chief Financial Officer.
Requirements:
  • Immediate availability
  • Fluent Italian and English spoken and written
  • Good interpersonal skills, teamwork and/or independence
  • High level of knowledge of Excel and of PC in general (internet, e-mail and Word, Powerpoint)
  • Intercultural abilities and working for goals and or deadlines
  • Previous experience in the financial world, however brief, is preferable
Internship:
Internship will last at least six months. Benefits include a company cafeteria and a contribution to expenses. Training will include:
  • Organization and control of financial data of the worldwide group
  • E-mail communication in English with foreign offices and agents
  • Analysis of worldwide financial and economical data of the various sectors of activity
As the internship terminates, the company will evaluate the possibility of hiring the intern depending on the knowledge acquired and the mutual interests. The candidate will be offered an employee Union contract as provided by "Confetra's CCNL Autotrasporti Spedizioni Merci e Logistica."
