Meet Veronica Di Gesù, our Training & Education Manager, who champions inclusion and empowers women to thrive through various educational and awareness initiatives. She fervently believes in the importance of creating company training programs that aim to cultivate environments extending beyond the mere exchange of knowledge. These programs foster an appreciation for diversity and acknowledge the transformative power of education in shaping not only careers, but also lives.
Aradne Calzada, our Regional Director of Caribbean & Central America, leads by example in creating a culture of inclusivity within her team. She believes in creating an environment where every cultural, generational, and ethnic voice is heard and valued, regardless of background or experience.
And Ambra Caracciolo, Global Head of Food & Beverage Vertical Market, inspires other women to pursue leadership roles and break through barriers in traditionally male-dominated fields. She believes that Women have a positive impact in the workplace.
