Airfreight Specialist – Stockholm (Sweden)

We are currently looking for an energetic and well-rounded Airfreight Specialist in Stockholm to join our growing team.

Essential Job Functions:

As an Airfreight Specialist you will have experience in handling all processes involved in air import- export shipments from inception through to final destination delivery. You are confident in your ability to review and streamline shipping and transportation processes. You will have up-to-date knowledge on documentation and airfreight procedures.

You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are able to liaise with all relevant parties to ensure that customer expectations are met during the movement of cargo.

Requirements:

  • Must have 2-years’ experience in an airfreight
  • You understand import and export procedures
  • Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
  • high-class customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and colleagues world-wide.
  • Excellent level of literacy and numeracy

Air Export Specialist – Seoul, South Korea

We are currently looking for an Air Export Specialist to join our team in our Seoul office. We are looking for a motivated and passionate candidate to become part of our high paced, professional Air export team. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Receive, review, and process export documentation for accounts
  • Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to carriers, customers and agents in a timely manner.
  • Assist in obtaining and creating quotes for shipments and source best method of transportation.
  • Communicate with agents to ensure proper pre-alerts and documentation.
  • Continue to explore different options to reduce cost and increase revenues.
  • Track and trace shipment and provide updates to clients and sales.
  • Uphold a strong and professional relationship with air intermediaries, transportation agencies, sales and overseas offices
  • Demonstrate an emphasis on customer satisfaction per company policy.
  • Maintain shipment files, check statements, make payment application, ensure billing is completed within a timely fashion.
  • Assist as backup for alternate accounts.
  • Support team leader.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Great passion for global freight forwarding
  • Understanding of the Export Regulations or other government agency regulations that govern exports.

Trainee Freight Forwarding – Helsinki, Finland

Trainee Freight Forwarding – (Internship-potential growth)

Savino Del Bene is seeking a Trainee in Freight Forwarding who will report to the Country Manager who is responsible for Finland.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company services air- & oceanfreight
  • Accurately recording details of customers’ requirements
  • Booking appointments for the sales
  • Generating promising leads worldwide
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encouraging appointments with sales
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company’s and services air-& oceanfreight to be able to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences
  • Continually meeting or exceeding targets with respect to call volume and sales
  • Building up a pool of (potential) customers with a focus on growth within the company
  • Keep track of sales activities (i.e. CRM documentation, sales reports)  
  • Partner internally with other functions to grow the business
  • Back-up office tasks such as supporting the operations and pricing for air- & oceanfreight & desk sales

 

Skills and experience required:

  • A. degree preferred, preferably in Logistics or any related subject
