Track & Trace is a tool that allows you to monitor the progress of shipments that are in transit. With this program you can  access, upload, and share documents as well as extract, and download, intuitive and functional reports. Save your favorite searches, automatically schedule reports, and have a continuous view of the event log, all through our T&T system.

PO MANAGEMENT PLATFORM

For monitoring your order status

The PO (Purchase Order) management platform is an integrated tool within the Savino Del Bene Web Portal that allows you to send and manage supplier Purchase Orders, and monitor the status of those orders in real-time. Customized reports can be prepared and the data can be exported in a compatible IT format.

Online Booking is a feature where partners provide all the information related to the booking of the shipment to both the shipper and the load manager. This program gives the various operators visibility and access to important shipping information.

The Warehouse Management System is our IT solution system developed in-house for managing warehouse logistics. Through this program you can organize, monitor, and track the progress of the shipment such as; the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. We can plan and manage order fulfillment operations, and provide you with complete visibility of your orders and inventory. Tracking the progress of each of these operations can be done in real-time, both online and through EDI exchange or with customized reports.

EDI (ELECTRONIC DATA INTERCHANGE)

Easy and secure data exchange

The EDI system is an electronic communication program that exchanges relevant data (purchase orders, invoices, shipping notices, etc.) with other IT systems  so that  important information can flow between global commercial partners. When the proper format is provided, the data can be produced and processed by our application servers and automatically routed to the appropriate parties. This system is an important part of our company’s vision of eco-sustainability, whereby converting to paperless transactions, we reduce the level of harm to the environment.

Questo servizio speciale è destinato alle spedizioni di merci fuori sagoma o/e con pesi che non rientrano nelle misure ordinarie delle spedizioni FCL o che richiedono una movimentazione fuori dagli standard. Un team di esperti, tra cui gli specialisti in Progetti Speciali, curano ogni singolo aspetto al fine di semplificare le spedizioni più complesse: dal trasporto dal luogo di produzione, alla consegna nel luogo di destinazione, carico e scarico attraverso navi specializzate, alla gestione documentale (permessi per la circolazione stradale portuale e di navigazione). Quando i quantitativi di merce sono ridotti ma non si vuole rinunciare ai vantaggi della spedizione via mare, il servizio LCL consente di consolidare diverse partite di merce per la stessa destinazione. Spedizioni marittime “Full Container Load”

Questo servizio è la formula ottimale per lo spostamento di grandi quantitativi. Infatti il container viene riempito totalmente con la merce di un unico destinatario. Una tra le soluzioni più utilizzate è quella door to door, a cui si aggiunge, oltre alla spedizione via mare, un servizio multimodale su gomma o su rotaia, indipendentemente da quale sia il punto di partenza o di destinazione.
