Florence, Italy – Savino Del Bene S.p.A. has been admitted to the Cooperative Compliance regime, introduced by Legislative Decree no. 128/2015 under the Italian tax law.
The admission came after the Italian Revenue Agency verified the adequacy of the company’s system for identifying, measuring, managing and controlling tax risk, the so-called Tax Control Framework, which implies the adoption of a structured and proactive approach based on transparency and ongoing interaction.
Savino Del Bene therefore joins the select few companies that have obtained this important result. This achievement makes us immensely proud and represents a significant step forward in the collaboration and mutual trust that Savino Del Bene has long since established with all institutions and, in particular, with the Tax Authorities.
