Despite the fact that many of our competitors are reducing their territorial presence through digitalization or the centralization of shipment operations, we firmly believe in the importance of maintaining an extensive presence in the territory. We believe that interpersonal relations are a crucial factor in our sector.
We acknowledge the necessary evolution towards the use of IT technologies and artificial intelligence for
shipment operations, but nonetheless believe that the human element must remain pivotal.
Our strategy relies on flexible adaptation to the economy: it is the markets that guide us towards the best
opportunities. We believe that our presence in the territory is the key to fully understanding the needs of
our customers and offering an adequate shipment service, guided by the market itself.
