From February 26th to March 1st 2023 the Trans Pacific Maritime conference (TPM) will take place at the Long Beach Convention Center. Organized by the Journal of Commerce, it is considered the premier event for the international container shipping marketplace.
In recent years, the shipping industry has faced unprecedented challenges due to supply chain disruptions caused by the global pandemic. Many aspects of the industry have stabilized, but there are still critical issues and questions about the near future. Additionally, a global economic recession and geopolitical risks will be factors in the transportation and logistics industries throughout 2023.
Over the four days, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the latest developments in the shipping industry. There is an impressive list of keynote speakers and breakout sessions that will cover topics ranging from, port congestion, technology, complex delivery networks, supply chain management, and carbon neutral shipping.
