Savino Del Bene is set to expand its operational capacity with a new facility in the area of Gavassa, Reggio Emilia, within the new business park developed by the logistics real estate company VGP. Our Company has leased a 9,000-square-meter facility, with construction recently underway and completion expected within 2027.
The new hub will be strategically located for logistics operations, close to the A1 highway exit and along the key route connecting Milan, Reggio Emilia, and Bologna. VGP Park will be developed with a strong focus on efficiency and sustainability. Planned features include photovoltaic systems, green areas, and rainwater collection and reuse systems.
With the new Reggio Emilia hub, Savino Del Bene continues to invest in expanding its network through targeted investments that support its logistics and freight forwarding activities in key areas with a strong industrial and manufacturing base.
