Where can you lodge a complaint?
Without prejudice to all other actions in administrative or court proceedings, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority or the authority discharging its duties and exercising its powers in Italy where you have your customary residence or work or in the Member State where the breach of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 has occurred, if different.
